Why might one batch of packaging differ from another?

There are a few reasons. The type of material or other specifications may have slightly changed since your last batch. The base material is particularly important when it comes to printing. Each surface material produces different print results or requires different forms of printing.

What are the technical requirements of the box editor?

First of all, you will need a computer (the newest and the more powerful it is, the better). The box editor is available in all the popular and updated browsers for macOS, Windows and some Linuks operating systems.

Our particular recommendations include: the newest version of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge and Firefox. We recommend that you update your browsers.

What colours do I see in the box editor?

In the box editor, you can see the RGB colours. Unfortunately, internet browsers do not support the CMYK colour range and convert everything to RGB colours. All the files you upload to the box editor are converted to the RGB mode so that they can be previewed in a web browser.

What file formats are supported by the box editor?

The box editor supports the following formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF and SVG.

Is the box editor compatible with mobile devices?

Currently the box editor does not work on mobile devices.

Some of the designs created in the box editor require the uploading of heavy and technically demanding graphics. To make the operation as smooth and efficient as possible for all our users, we have decided not to support smartphones and tablets with the iOS and Android operating systems.

The box editor is available in all the popular and updated browsers for macOS, Windows and some Linux operating systems.
