Do you include palette shipping in your shipping policy?

All of our orders are sent for self-assemble. However, other forms of delivery are available in bigger quantites. Drop us a line in case you are interested in other form of delivery.

I can't find the costs of shipping anywhere on the website, why is that?

The reason you can’t find shipping costs on our website is because we offer free shipping. We believe in providing our customers with a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience, and one way we do that is by covering the shipping costs for you. So, you can shop with confidence knowing that there are no additional shipping charges for your order. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and overseas states. While we strive to expand our shipping options in the future, at the moment, we are focused on delivering to customers within the contiguous U.S. If you have any questions about specific shipping locations or need further information, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

Why has the courier refused to deliver my boxes at door step?

The parcels with boxes can be heavy. Couriers are not obliged to carry parcels up to the specific room indicated by the recipient. Of course, it all depends on the courier’s individual policy, but please keep this in mind.

Will I receive a confirmation that my boxes have been sent?

Yes! After placing an order with us, you will receive three e-mails, namely order confirmation, confirmation of payment registration and confirmation that your boxes have been produced. The last e-mail will contain information about the shipment, including the number of the shipping document.
