The newest additions to Packhelp’s range are Poly Mailers and Paper Bags. We are happy to announce major changes in the Packhelp range of products. The newcomers are Poly Mailers and Paper Bags. In this article, we provide an insight into these two packaging solutions – what are they exactly and how to incorporate them into your packaging strategy. Poly Mailers – Short Characteristics Poly mailers are made from polyethylene LDPE. It is the lightest and most flexible material used in the packaging industry. Our offer includes 5 various sizes. These include Y43 (17.5 x 25.5 cm), Y60 (25 x 35 cm), Y80(35 x 45 cm), Y90 (40 x 50 cm) and Y100 (45 x 55 cm). Poly mailers can include prints on both sides, as well as on only one or neither of them. If you wish to print your logo on one side and add a catchy copy on the other – we got you covered. The graphics do not have to be the same if you choose to print on two sides. Furthermore, as you can see in the picture below, poly mailers include a self-sealing strap. This was made to ensure a higher level of protection during the delivery. How Can I Use Poly Mailers? We recommend choosing poly mailers as an additional layer of protection for your packaging like cardboard boxes. They are waterproof, humidity-proof and all bad-weather-proof. If you put a lot of effort into the design of your boxes, poly mailers can help to protect them in the process of the delivery. Tip: you can wrap the poly mailer around your box, so sometimes it might be better to order a bigger size. What About The Printing Options? Poly mailers are also a very good branding solution. While cardboard boxes offer a lot of space for designing, poly mailers attract attention to small details like a logo. Poly mailers include a unicolor print made in the PANTONE palette. Tip: the picture above shows two various approaches to the design. One idea is to create small elements and have them dispersed on the entire printing space. The other option is to have a bigger element, which will surely provide a very eye-catching factor in your design. We also suggest reviewing the printing suggestions in our help articles. In order to do so, please visit our poly mailers section. We explain there the printing space and the best practices concerning designs. Paper Bags – Short Characteristics Paper bags are made from fully recycled materials. We offer two types: natural, kraft variant (like the picture above) and a whitened version (below). This product is available in six sizes: B63 (16 x 39 x 8 cm), B66 (24 x 32 x 10 cm), B70 (24 x 36 x 10 cm), B82 (30,5 x 34 x 17 cm), B95 (33 x 50 x 12 cm), B107 (50 x 39 x 18 cm). As is the case of poly mailers, paper bags can be printed too. We offer a unicolor PANTONE print on them. We encourage to review the printing details in our help articles, in the section Paper bags. How Can I Use Paper Bags? Well, options are – as usual – numerous! One of the most popular use is probably food delivery. They are a reliable solution, which is both solid and aesthetic. Tip: You do not have to worry about the ecological aspect too. The paper bags from Packhelp can be in contact with food and even the imprint is performed with water paints. We do suggest using them as an outer layer though, especially for practical reasons. Paper bags can also be used in shops. Instead of plastic bags, which pollute the environment, you can use our solution. They can be easily disposed of and stored in your store. You can also use the paper bags to match with your mailer boxes – just like it’s presented in the picture above. What Printing Do You Suggest? The two types of “base” – white and kraft – provide you with a choice. If your brand feels good with a minimalist, eco-friendly look, the natural paper bag will emphasize it. The white variant, on the other hand, can ensure that a jewelry store or a clothing brand will have a great additional packaging. What’s more, the unicolor PANTONE print gives a unique opportunity to expose your logo. If you print your most recognizable brand element on a paper bag, you will soon see your bags “walking” down the streets! Tip: use paper bags to communicate your brand in a catchy way. Use a memorable phrase to attract the attention of potential customers. Oka! How Can I Start Designing?
