This concept takes a mailer box up to 425 x 520 x 180mm in size and pairs it with a universal insert. This insert is capable of securely holding several products and can therefore be purchased in higher volumes and used for more SKUs.
Size limitations
1600x1200mm sheet format Products can be no larger than 425x520x180 ( F112 ) The height of the package can not be more than the length. Minimum dimensions are 90x50x30, minimum height of the insert is 20mm. The cutouts in the insert must be at least 20mm smaller than the length and width for smaller packages, 30mm for larger ones.
