How Packhelp’s technology and InPost’s brand recognition enabled the launch of a dedicated packaging e-commerce platform that earned the trust of nearly 5,000 entrepreneurs in just 90 days.
For years, InPost has shaped the way millions of people across Europe send and receive parcels, setting new standards in logistics. Yet even with such advanced infrastructure, many entrepreneurs still faced a seemingly simple but crucial problem. They had a great product and a trusted shipping partner—but lacked the right packaging. Packaging that not only protects the contents, but also communicates quality and brand identity from the very first glance.
Together with InPost, we decided to change that. By combining InPost’s brand recognition and operational strength with Packhelp’s technology and design tools, we launched the InPost InStore project. Our goal was to give every sender easy access to professional, personalised packaging.

The Challenge: The final piece of the logistics puzzle
For small business owners, finding the right packaging can be a real challenge. Questions arise about the right size, delivery time, material quality, or packaging aesthetics. But the biggest barrier is often logistics minimums. Most wholesalers require orders of thousands of units, which is simply unrealistic for someone just starting out in business.
InPost fully understood these challenges and sought a way to make life easier for its users. The company needed a partner to handle the technology, production, and logistics of a dedicated store. That’s where Packhelp came in. From the start, we knew we didn’t just want to sell boxes. Our aim was to create an experience where a seller could design and order packaging within the same system they already used for their daily shipping.
The Solution: Seamless White Label integration
To bring this vision to life, we used our proprietary White Label technology. We created a dedicated store embedded directly into the InPost ecosystem. This way, the user feels like they’re using a single, unified tool, even though behind the scenes, the entire operation is powered by Packhelp’s technology.
Together, we prepared an offering tailored to the real needs of the market. We didn’t propose random products. Every box and mailer was designed to perfectly fit lockers of sizes A, B, and C in InPost’s Paczkomat® machines.
But the real breakthrough is universal access to personalisation. Thanks to our platform, even the smallest e-commerce store can order branded packaging starting from just 30 pieces. This is a game-changer, as it allows local brands to build a professional image at a level that was previously reserved only for the largest companies in the market.
The Process: A mission that united the whole company
Behind the website, automated emails, and logistics was a massive human effort. This wasn’t just another project—it was a challenge that engaged most of the Packhelp team.
Our developers spent months perfecting the design tools. The logistics team worked to ensure every order was produced and delivered without the slightest delay. At the same time, our customer service, legal, and marketing teams worked hand in hand with InPost, refining every detail of the offering.
The Results: 3 Months of Rapid Growth
The official launch of the platform was an exciting moment for us—though we didn’t know how quickly the market would respond to the new solution. The results from the first three months showed that e-commerce sellers were truly waiting for this.
From October to December 2025, we recorded:
- 4,823 individual customers who joined the platform in search of packaging,
- 12,202 orders placed by businesses wanting to elevate their shipping quality,
- 21,314 shipments sent, helping brands reach their customers,
- 17 million products delivered—from simple envelopes to personalised boxes.
What do these numbers show? That nearly 5,000 companies now have one less problem to worry about. Thanks to InStore, they can fully focus on creating their products, while we, together with InPost, take care of the rest.
'We share a common goal with InPost: to support the growth of European businesses. We are proud to be an Authorized Partner and to see our technology helping so many people turn their side projects into professional brands.'
- Wojtek Sadowski, CEO of Packhelp

What’s Next: Scaling success across Europe
This is just the beginning of our journey together. The project launched in Poland, but the potential to support sellers across Europe is immense. We want to continue creating packaging solutions that are accessible to every entrepreneur, no matter the scale of their business.
At Packhelp, we believe a box is much more than just a piece of cardboard. It’s the first physical point of contact between the customer and your brand and the first thing they touch after collecting their order from the locker. That’s why we care about making that moment just right. Together with InPost, we’re building a future where logistics and packaging form a seamless whole, helping brands grow and delight their customers every day.
