Mailer Box personalisation options

At Packhelp we are all about custom boxes. You probably know that already. However, our most beloved product – the Mailer Box – was lacking in this field. We couldn’t leave it like this, so we decided to introduce a few changes that would deliver an even more personalised experience.

What has changed?

The range of options that you can choose from spans from box size (11 of them!) through materials to print and return options.

What can you choose in our new mailer box interface?

  • The quantity – the price goes down when you buy in bulk

  • The size – choose from 11 sizes or request a quote for your custom size

  • Print colour – choose from different colour saturations

  • The material – for inside and outside of the box

  • Print coverage – inside, outside or maybe both?

  • Adhesive stripes – none, one or two – ensure an easy return process for your customers

We know that some of you have been with us for a long time and you have your favourite Mailer Box configuration. That is why, to help you navigate this change, we prepared this little guide in which we will explain how to set up your favourite box combination and a little more.

One Colour print

One Colour boxes are the first step to add a personal touch to your boxes. Choose from the CMYK colour chart to ensure the box fits your brand image.

One Colour Mailer Box

One Colour Mailer Box is a sleek cardboard mailing box that nails the minimalist aesthetic – clean, simple, but a step above plain. It's the perfect balance of style and budget, ideal for brands that want custom packaging without going completely over the top.

  • Allows for a print in one

  • colour, available from the whole CMYK colour chart, however, without white.

  • The colour outside can be different than the one inside, so it’s basically 2 colours that you can print on this box.

  • It has an option of an additional single or double adhesive strip for a comfortable e-commerce experience.

  • Can be printed on white or kraft cardboard.

 

White Colour Mailer Box

White Colour Mailer Box is an all-time customer favourite, and it’s not an exaggeration. Classy look, white contrasting against brown cardboard. Simple, yet so effective.

  • Allows for a high-quality white print made with water-based ink that really pops on the kraft box.

  • Has an option of an additional single or double adhesive strip for those ordering and returning online.

  • It will never go out of style thanks to its natural, but elegant look.

 

Multicolour print

You want more colours on your box? We’ve got you covered with 3 different options depending on your budget!

Multicolour Muted Mailer Box

Multicolour Muted Mailer Box is the most affordable iteration of multicolour boxes. If you're going for a minimalistic or rustic design with earthy and soft colours, this is the optimal choice for you. The box's testliner material is made of recycled pulp, which gives it a natural greyish tone. This type of surface makes subdued colours look their best.

Multicolour Saturated Mailer Box

Multicolour Saturated Mailer Box is a vibrant upgrade from our Lite version. Made with whitened, uncoated cardboard, it offers a brighter canvas for your designs—perfect for colours that need a little extra pop. Want to print inside and out? Go for it. This box is all about giving you more creative freedom without breaking the bank.

  • Is the golden ratio between the Multicolour Muted and the Multicolour Premium Mailer Boxes in terms of price and print saturation.

  • Allows for a multicolour print all over the box outside and inside.

  • E-commerce ready with one or two adhesive stripes.

Multicolour Premium Mailer Box


Multicolour Premium Mailer Box is the boldest option in our lineup. With high-resolution digital printing, your designs come through in rich, saturated colour – crisp, detailed, and impossible to miss. Want to dial it up even more? Add a matte or gloss foil finish for that extra touch of wow.

  • They guarantee the most vivid, saturated colourful print available all over the box, outside and inside.

  • Gives a choice of a glossy, matt or no-foil finish.

  • Allows for the use of multiple colours on one box.
