Special finishes such as hot-stamping, embossing/debossing, or UV varnish are coming soon. If you can’t find what you need, you can always chat with us and we’ll help you.
Can Custom Mailer Boxes be used to ship products?
Yes, our Custom Mailer Boxes are designed for shipping and transport. They are durable and available in different sizes to suit a wide range of products. Optional adhesive strips provide secure closure for both shipping and returns. To make unboxing experience more unique, you can add a polymailer as an additional cover and surprise your customers.
Can I order a Custom Mailer Box in custom sizes?
Yes, we offer the most popular standard sizes on the market, but you can design any custom size directly in our online editor or using a dieline. To order a custom size, open the editor and check the top field in the size picker. Please note that custom sizes may have bigger minimum order quantities.
Are Custom Mailer Boxes environmentally friendly?
Custom Mailer Boxes without any add-ons are environmentally friendly. They are partially made of recycled cardboard, making our products biodegradable and recyclable. If you choose additional finishes such as UV or foil, these properties may change depending on the selected finish.
What are the standard sizes recommended for clothing?
Our Custom Mailer Boxes can be personalised to complement fashion brands, creating packaging that reflects your style and enhances the customer experience. Choose the F79 size (36.4 × 31.4 × 12.5 cm) for larger garments like blouses, trousers, or jackets, or the F71 size (35 × 26 × 10 cm) for smaller pieces. Always make sure to measure your products first, and remember that you can order our sample pack to double-check the dimensions.
What are the standard sizes recommended for shoes?
The F79 box (36.4 × 31.4 × 12.5 cm) is tailored for the fashion industry and works well for shipping standard shoes. However, we always recommend measuring the product first, especially for boots or larger men’s footwear, to ensure it fits the selected box size. To make sure you've got the dimensions right, order our sample pack.
Is there any difference in printing techniques for different order quantities?
Yes, the printing technique is adjusted to the ordered quantity and designs to make the production process efficient. For example, for smaller quantities of white print on kraft material, we use UV printing, while larger quantities are printed with flexographic printing. The main differences relate to colour saturation. UV printing has a high saturation point, which generally produces rich whites with high contrast. Flexographic printing has a lower saturation point and produces softer white prints, especially against the natural brown cardboard.
