Do you ship to Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

All of the courier companies offer only the airplane delivery to those destinations. This is why we didn’t include them in our standard offer in the box editor. If you are interested in shipping to Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we will kindly ask you to organize the delivery on your own. 

Do you include palette shipping in your free shipping policy?

All of our orders are sent for self-assemble. However, other forms of delivery are available in bigger quantites. Drop us a line in case you are interested in other form of delivery.

I can't find the costs of shipping anywhere on the website, why is that?

Starting from 15.01.2018, we have introduced a free shipping policy to all countries of the European Union (in case of Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Cyprus and Malta please contact us before placing an order). The only cost is therefore the cost of your boxes. 🙂 

What is the difference between parcel delivery and delivery on pallets?

Delivery in parcels means that dozens of stacked boxes are wrapped in a thick, securing foil. In most of the cases, it is the best form of delivery.

The option of delivery on pallets is dedicated to customers who order big quantities (usually starting from several thousands units). It requires a warehouse equipped with a forklift and a loading ramp. Boxes are delivered on an irreclaimable, industrial palette, which is also secured with a thick foil.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. The shipment to the EU countries is realized via orders in our online app. However, in case of some territories (Cyprus, Malta, Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla) we will not be able to organise delivery for you.

There is also a possibility that the courier delivery might require covering some additional zone fee. In such case, our customer service department will contact you.

The shipping document does not work

The introduction of a shipping document into the system of a courier company may take even 24 hours from the time of collecting the parcel. If you cannot see the number of your shipment at the courier’s website, try again in a few hours. If, after 48 hours, the number of the shipping document is still inactive and you have not received your parcel, please contact us.

How much does courier delivery cost?

Since 15.01.2018 we have introduced free shipping to all EU countries. However, in case of the following regions – Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Baleary Islands, Cyprus and Malta – please contact us before placing an order.

Why has the courier refused to deliver my boxes at door step?

The parcels with boxes can be heavy. Couriers are not obliged to carry parcels up to the specific room indicated by the recipient. Of course, it all depends on the courier’s individual policy, but please keep this in mind.

Can I collect my boxes personally?

At the moment we only offer delivery with DPD. We don’t offer self pick-up, but we are working on it!

Will I receive a confirmation that my boxes have been sent?

Yes! After placing an order with us, you will receive three e-mails, namely order confirmation, confirmation of payment registration and confirmation that your boxes have been produced. The last e-mail will contain information about the shipment, including the number of the shipping document.

Choose other country
