FAQ

How eco-friendly are these mailing boxes?

Our range of mailing boxes is so large that it’s hard to package their environmental impact into one neat box. But they are all made with corrugated cardboard, produced from at least 60% recycled content. That means that the paper pulp has been sourced from responsibly managed forests and mills. Unless the cardboard has been finished with plastic lamination, the cardboard is recyclable, biodegradable and industrially compostable.

How many mailing boxes do I need to order to get a custom print?

At Packhelp, you can order mailing boxes with professional custom prints from as low as 30 pieces per order. So, no need to make a big commitment. 

Does the price include the cost of my design (logo and graphics)?

The pricing includes the cost of printing your unique graphics and designs. But it doesn’t include any custom printing options and finishes (e.g., hot-stamping, embossing/debossing, etc). Note that these customizations generally require a minimum order of 1500 boxes.
