Which dimensions can I set?
For the mailer box: width from 9 to 50 cm, length up to 60 cm, height from 3 to 50 cm, down to the millimetre. Ranges for other constructions appear once you select them in Packaging Builder.
Can I order packaging without print?
Yes. Choose Plain in the Print step or click Skip design for now at the summary, and the packaging goes to your cart without a design.
How do I add my own design to the packaging I built?
Click Customise design. The Editor opens with your box and a dieline in the dimensions you entered, and works the same way as for catalogue products.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum quantity depends on the construction and the dimensions. You see it in Packaging Builder when you pick the quantity, together with the unit price.
Will I see the price before I order?
Yes. The price changes with the dimensions, print, material and quantity. Once you enter the delivery country, you also see the dates and shipping cost.
How is Packaging Builder different from the catalogue?
The catalogue offers ready constructions in fixed sizes. Packaging Builder is a box builder for custom size boxes: you enter your own dimensions and, for selected constructions, go beyond the standard catalogue.
What is custom-size packaging made of?
Kraft or white board, chosen in the Material step. We produce in Europe.
Do I need an account?
You can build and price your packaging without an account. You only log in when you add it to your cart.
