Which products are available in the sample offer?

Can I order samples in different sizes?

You can easily select your prefered sizes during the product style selection process. All samples are available to order in standard sizes, materials and finishes. For example, our most popular boxes collection is available in 14 different sizes and six print styles.

Can I customise the samples?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customisation services for our samples, and we cannot print your graphic elements or change the colours.

How long does it take to ship the samples?

The sample packs are usually delivered between 3 to 5 working days.

How does the reimbursement work?

We want you to have the best experience and help you find the product that will fit like a glove. Sample packs can be customised so that you can order the products you are most interested in, with print samples and sizing of your choice. Once you receive and check the samples, head to our shop to pick a product. In the meantime, we will provide you with a unique discount code that will cover the price of the sample pack you ordered earlier.
