Try it now

Our mailing tubes offer a robust solution for shipping items you can roll, from architectural plans to artwork. They use durable cardboard to protect contents during transit, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition. The range includes several formats to suit different operational needs.

Triangular cardboard mailing tubes

The standout option in our collection is the triangular tube. Its unique shape provides significant practical advantages over traditional round tubes. Firstly, these cardboard mailing tubes will not roll on conveyor belts or in delivery vans, which reduces the risk of loss or damage during shipping. Secondly, they stack flat, saving valuable storage space in your warehouse or studio before use. This design is ideal for sending posters, large-format prints and technical drawings. We supply them in plain kraft or white versions, such as the Plain Cardboard Triangle Tube, which you can order from low minimum quantities. For a branded solution, the Custom Cardboard Triangle Tube allows you to apply your full-colour design across its entire surface.

Custom printed shipping tubes

For businesses wanting to add branding to their packaging, we provide full-colour printing on our shipping tubes. You can upload your artwork directly to create a custom design that covers the entire exterior, ensuring your package is instantly recognisable upon delivery.

Mailing tubes and poster tubes for every need

Beyond the triangular format, our range of poster tubes caters to various requirements. These tubes protect delicate paper and canvas goods from creasing and damage. If you need a more conventional box shape that still accommodates rolled items, consider our selection of tube boxes. These rectangular boxes provide the same protective function but with the familiar handling and stacking of a standard shipping box. A great example is the Plain Cardboard Tube Box, which offers a simple and effective way to ship your rolled products. All our cardboard mailing tubes come flat-packed for efficient storage and are quick to assemble when you are ready to ship.

FAQ

  • Where do postal tubes work best?

Postal tubes protect posters, prints, artwork and rolled documents in transit. The rigid cardboard keeps rolled items from bending or creasing on the way to your customer.

  • What shapes are available?

Postal tubes come in a triangular shape and a square tube. The triangular shape stacks flat and does not roll off belts or surfaces during handling and delivery.

  • What are postal tubes made of?

Postal tubes are made of rigid corrugated cardboard in natural brown kraft.

  • How do postal tubes keep the contents secure in transit?

The rigid corrugated cardboard protects rolled and long items from crushing, and the triangular shape keeps the contents from shifting inside during transit.

  • What sizes do postal tubes come in?

Postal tubes range in size from about 10.5 x 10.5 x 61 cm up to 15 x 15 x 104 cm, depending on the model. The long cardboard box comes in four heights (61, 70, 85 and 110 cm) and the triangular tube measures 15 x 15 x 104 cm. Exact sizes are listed on each product page.

  • What is the minimum order for postal tubes?

The minimum order depends on the model: from 10 pieces for the plain tube, 30 for the printed triangular tube and 400 for the plain triangular tube. You can order postal tubes plain or printed with your design.
