For e-commerce shipping, mailer boxes work well, and for retail shelves, product boxes. Among the product boxes you can choose a version with a window that shows the cosmetic without opening, with a hang tab for a peg or rail in a drugstore or pharmacy, or with a strong self-locking bottom for heavier jars and bottles. For premium lines and perfume, rigid magnetic boxes fit best.

Use a corrugated cardboard insert that stabilises the product inside. You can choose an insert with a cut-out matched to the product shape (also two-tier), an insert with a rectangular cut-out, and dividers that split the box into sections. This keeps the bottle or jar in one place, stops it hitting the walls, and makes the whole set look neat when opened.

You can finish selected styles with gold or silver hot stamping or a soft-touch lamination. You can also apply digital CMYK print to the inside of the box, and a rigid magnetic box adds a premium effect at opening.

For a set, a box with a corrugated cardboard insert or dividers works well, giving each product its own spot. This keeps the items from moving and makes the set look cohesive when opened. For a gift version, choose a rigid magnetic box.
