Many sellers (38.4%) still sell only at one marketplace. This translates into reduced multichannel potential, in fact ¾ of our survey respondents do not use multichannel accelerators.
The most anticipated services are solutions for customer support (43.6%
of respondents cite this as a very desirable service), shipping (43.2%), product listing optimisation (34.6%), and data analytics and insights (also 34.6%).
Sellers face various delivery challenges, with shipping and logistics, being key issues for 31.2% of respondents. It's vital to tackle these, along with packaging issues, before introducing faster delivery options.
