Branded Bags

Branded bags serve as practical assets for corporate identity, employee onboarding kits, and promotional campaigns. A well-chosen bag provides daily utility and consistent brand exposure. The collection includes a variety of styles, from professional backpacks to casual totes, and we design each to carry a company logo effectively. We construct many bags from durable PU material, which provides a solid base for high-quality marking. This ensures the final product is both functional for the user and represents a professional brand image. The available options cater to different business requirements, whether for outfitting an entire team with matching gear or distributing practical items at a large-scale event.

Versatile Custom Bags for Business Needs

The range of custom bags addresses diverse professional and promotional scenarios. For daily use by employees, we offer items like the Custom 15" Slim Laptop Backpack, which protects technology during commutes. Businesses can also select from other specialised styles, including practical branded sports bags for corporate wellness initiatives or team activities. Each style provides a distinct function while offering a large surface area for branding. We apply logos and designs using the Direct to Film (DTF) marking technique, which allows for detailed, multi-colour graphics on PU surfaces. This method ensures that intricate logos or complex designs reproduce with clarity and durability. The selection extends to various forms, ensuring a suitable option exists for specific company needs, from formal corporate environments to more casual brand activations. These bags become a functional part of a company's set of operational and marketing tools.

Functional Promotional Bags for Events and Gifting

Promotional bags are a staple for trade shows, conferences, and corporate gifting. They offer recipients a genuinely useful item that carries a brand message far beyond the event itself.  For a more substantial corporate gift, a product like the Custom Durable Rolltop Backpack provides significant value and utility. Companies can order these items in a range of colours, including black, blue, brown, green, grey, orange, and white, to align with specific brand guidelines. When creating gift sets, businesses often pair these bags with other items such as branded office supplies to create a comprehensive welcome package for new employees or a thank-you kit for valued clients. The practical nature of a bag encourages regular use, which maximises the visibility of the company branding in public and professional settings.

Designing Effective Bags with Logo

The design process for bags with a logo is straightforward. The design is central to the product's effectiveness as a promotional tool. We use DTF marking to transfer full-colour designs onto the bag's surface, which results in a sharp and resilient finish. This technique is particularly effective on the PU material we use for many of our bags, such as the Custom 15" Rolltop Laptop Backpack with Reinforced Base. For more compact needs, businesses can also personalise items like branded laptop pouches. When preparing a design, you should consider logo placement, size, and colour contrast to ensure maximum impact. A well-designed bag not only carries essentials but also functions as a mobile advertisement. These bags complement other corporate apparel, like branded clothing, to create a unified look for staff.
