Are sleeves made from the same material as boxes?

Sleeved mailer boxes are made from two types of materials. Sleeves, which cover the outside walls, are made from cardstock – a light paper material. Boxes, on the other hand, are made from corrugated cardboard.

Can I order white boxes with white sleeves and natural kraft boxes with natural kraft sleeves?

Yes! Up to four different sleeve packaging combinations are available for custom sleeve boxes. We recommend matching white + natural kraft, but you can also go for one of the other options.

Can I design custom sleeve boxes with the Packhelp editor?

What is the difference between the white and the natural kraft material?

Both white and natural kraft are made from the same material, cardstock. Cardstock (or sometimes just called “card”) is lighter than cardboard, has a lower grammage and doesn’t include fluting (layers made from recycled paper). The white cardstock is recommended for vivid and detailed designs. The natural kraft option works best for minimalist designs or along with darker colours – deep brown, black or navy blue.
