Custom size cardboard boxes for your business

Avoid the extra costs and material use associated with standard-sized packaging. With our custom size cardboard boxes, you specify the exact length, width, and height your product needs. This ensures a snug fit, reduces the need for void fill, and can lower your shipping costs by minimising dimensional weight. We supply packaging directly to businesses across Europe, with minimum order quantities starting at just 30 units. This makes bespoke sizing accessible for brands of all scales, from startups testing a new product to established enterprises optimising their logistics. Whether you need a durable shipper or a retail-ready box, creating the perfect fit is straightforward. A popular choice for e-commerce brands is the classic corrugated format for shipping boxes, which you can configure to any dimension, like our versatile Custom Shipping Box. Every order is built to your specifications.

A range of made to size boxes

Our range of made to size boxes includes multiple materials and styles to suit different applications. For lightweight items, we offer solid board from 380 to 460 gsm. For more robust protection, you can select from various corrugated cardboard grades, including E-flute and B-flute. The styles extend from simple tuck-end product boxes and secure, as well as our lighter mailer & postal boxes to premium, high-end rigid boxes for luxury goods. You can configure nearly any box in our catalogue to your specific dimensions, including designs like the Custom Snap Lock Product Box or the distinctive Custom Cardboard Tube Box with Metal Lid. This flexibility allows you to package everything from small components to large apparel items with precision.

Cardboard boxes with custom printing

Beyond sizing, you can brand all our cardboard boxes with full-colour artwork. We use CMYK printing technology, which allows for detailed graphics, logos, and text on both the interior and exterior surfaces. The final appearance of your design depends on the base material you choose. Select a natural brown base for an earthy look, which you can find in our range of kraft boxes. Alternatively, a white-coated board provides a vibrant canvas for bright colours. For a unique contrast, some corrugated options feature a white exterior with a brown interior. This allows you to create a distinct look for your brand's packaging.

FAQ

Can I order cardboard boxes in a custom size?

Yes. You set the exact length, width and height in the online editor and get a box made to those dimensions, or you pick one of the ready sizes. This way the box fits your product closely and you use less filling material. For non-standard projects a Packhelp packaging specialist confirms the details and prepares a quote.

Can I print my logo and design on the boxes?

Yes. In the online 3D editor you add your logo, text and full artwork and print in full color or a single color. Before you order you see the design on a 3D preview, so you know exactly how the box will look. Plain, unprinted boxes are also available if you prefer.

Can I print on the inside of the box?

Yes. Many of our boxes can be printed on the inside as well as the outside, so a message, pattern or brand color appears when the box is opened. You add the inside design in the online editor and see it on a 3D preview before ordering. Inside printing gives the unboxing a branded finish and is available on selected models.

What are the boxes made of?

Mailer and shipping boxes are made from corrugated cardboard, light yet rigid, in different flutes (B, E and BC) for single or double-wall strength. Product boxes use solid board for a smooth, firm finish. You choose kraft or white as the base, and the cardboard comes in different weights, heavier for sturdier boxes. The material and weight for each box are shown on its product page.

What finishes and embellishments are available?

You can add finishes such as gloss or matte lamination, a soft-touch coating, or hot stamping in colors like gold and silver. These give product and gift boxes a premium look and a tactile feel. Foil and coating options are available on selected models and are shown on the product page.

Are the boxes delivered assembled or flat?

Most of our boxes - mailer, shipping, product and folding cartons - are delivered flat and fold into shape by hand in seconds, without tape or glue. Rigid boxes may arrive ready-made, depending on the model. Flat delivery lowers shipping cost and keeps storage compact until you pack an order.

What is the minimum order for boxes?

You can order from 30 pieces per order, so there is no large minimum to start. The price per box drops as the quantity grows, so larger runs are more cost-effective. Some models, such as rigid boxes, start at a higher minimum.

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. You can order a sample pack to see the cardboard, print quality and finishes in person, and for many products a prototype of your own design is available before the full run. This lets you confirm the box fits your product and looks right before you order in bulk.
